Own client audio operations plus Shubz Verse and Drum Warriors production systems.

Production leadership
Scheduling, teams, equipment readiness, quality control, handoffs and deadlines.
Owned-IP progress
Client work cannot permanently crowd out Shubz Verse, Drum Warriors, Miss PACT, Bridal Queen, Closure or StepXtreme.
Founder independence
The department should become more capable without the Founder chasing every task, file or freelancer.
